Officials inspect storm damage in southern Miss.
AMITE - Wilkinson and Amite County officials said they severe weather along the county line causing downed trees and power outages on Tuesday.
Officials said there are no injuries reported at this time, but there are widespread power outages near the county line.
The town of Liberty is completely without power and there are outages in Centreville due to downed lines and trees, according to authorities.
Thomas Tolliver, Jr. of Wilkinson County Emergency Management said crews went out shortly after noon to assess the damage.
