President Barack Obama is headed to the Gulf Coast today for the fourth time to see the oil disaster firsthand.
Obama is expected to deliver an Oval Office address tomorrow night about the spill and meet with BP's chairman on Wednesday to discuss damage claims.
Meanwhile, Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell has gotten the green light to go ahead with his investigation of oil giant BP and the rig explosion and petroleum spill offshore.
He's also expected to scrutinize the way BP compensates Louisiana residents harmed by the disaster.
