Nursing home stripper leads to lawsuit
WEST BABYLON, NEW YORK- Relatives of an 85-year-old filed a lawsuit over a male stripper being part of an entertainment event at the woman's nursing home.
The suit claims the woman's son found a photo of a male stripper gyrating in front of her and the man claims it was an unwanted performance. The photo shows other nursing home patients.
This happened at the East Neck Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Babylon, Long Island.
A lawyer for the nursing home contends the performance was requested and approved by a committee of the residents.
