Nose gear collapse, 8 hurt
NEW YORK- Eight people were hurt when the nose gear of a Southwest Airlines jet collapsed as it arrived at LaGuardia Airport from Nashville. The airline says initial information is five passengers and three flight attendants reported injuries on Monday evening. The wheel collapsed just after the plane landed and came to stop on the tarmac.The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says four people were treated for anxiety attacks.
