Nevada's unique voting option of "none of the above" was struck down by a federal judge. U.S. District Judge Robert Jones says it's unconstitutional and since the "none" option can never win, even if it gets the most votes, it makes those votes not count. Nevada is the only state that offers the "none" option and has since 1976. The Republican National Committee argued in a lawsuit the option disenfranchises voters.
