LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA- In a disturbing case of domestic violence, a man who beat his wife in front of their kids because she didn't address him as "sir" got 23 months in prison and a year of parole.

Dan Kopp routinely beat his wife with a wooden paddle or his hand when he thought she was disrespectful toward him.

Kopp's now estranged wife used an iPhone to video him beating her and it was shown to the jury at his trial.

He is 6-foot-5 and weighs 250-pounds and the video shows him beating her with a paddle for not addressing him with a "yes sir."

He was convicted of stalking and harassment.
