Authorities say no one was hurt when a plane making an emergency landing ended up in the driveway of a southern Arkansas farmhouse.

Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Lynn Lunsford said Saturday the single-engine Maule MXT7 180A landed in a field south of Magnolia then went through a fence before stopping in the driveway about 9 p.m. Friday.

Lunsford says the two people on board weren't hurt and the aircraft had minor damage. No names were immediately released.

Lunsford says the plane was en route from Shreveport, La., to Arkadelphia when the pilot reported a loss of oil pressure.

FAA records show the plane is registered to Henderson State University in Arkadelpia. The Magnolia Banner-News reported that the plane is used by students in the aeronautics program.

Lunsford says the FAA is investigating.
