GENEVA, SWITZERLAND- Iran promises to break the stalemate over its nuclear program when it makes a new proposal tomorrow as talks resume with the U.S. and five other major powers in Geneva.

Iran is singing a new tune and promises its ready to meet some international demands to reduce its nuclear activities.

The U.S. and it s allies say they'll approach the talks cautiously.

Tehran's new stance has come since the election of a new president and it has always insisted its nuclear program is peaceful and it is not developing an atomic bomb. That has been viewed with much skepticism by the West.
