New Orleans police: Man accused of setting person on fire
NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say a man accused of setting someone on fire and attempting to leave the scene has been arrested.
Police said in a statement Friday that 52-year-old David Klein was charged with second-degree murder.
Police say an officer was alerted to a fire behind a shuttered grocery store and a possible suspect, identified as Klein, walking away from the scene. The victim has not been identified. It is unclear if Klein has a lawyer.
