New Orleans firefighters pull body from Lake Pontchartrain
NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans firefighters have recovered the body of a man who had gone missing while swimming in Lake Pontchartrain.
Multiple news outlets report the 29-year-old man was reported missing around 8:36 p.m. Sunday.
Police spokeswoman Hilal Williams says firefighters located the body about 9 p.m.
The victim's name has not been released.
