New Baton Rouge casino will be called 'L'Auberge'
BATON ROUGE- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. has announced the name of the casino and hotel it plans to open in Baton Rouge next year.
The complex will be called L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge.
The $357 million project is just off River Road in Baton Rouge, south of LSU.
The facility will include a 200-room hotel and a casino with 300,000 square feet of floor space.
The name "L'Auberge" is French for "The Inn." Pinnacle's Lake Charles casino and hotel are called "L'Auberge du Lac," or "The Inn of the Lake."
