Neighborhood plans to fight lead-footed drivers

BATON ROUGE- After getting the green light from city leaders nearly a year ago, at least one neighborhood is sending a strong message to speeders.
They're tired of people barreling down their roadway, endangering kids and pets.
News2's Ashley Rodrigue is tracking the led-footed drivers and finding out about this change.
