BATON ROUGE - Getting back into shape after you've had kids is hard and often not done. In Wednesday's Expert Advice segment Dr. Anthony Stephens answers a viewer's question about a "mommy makeover".

Stephens says the phrase is commonly used to market a series of plastic surgery options that could help get your body back to where it was before you had kids.

But he says getting a "mommy makeover" isn't for everyone. In order for the surgeries to work best for you, Dr. Stephens said you must meet certain criteria: you must be done breastfeeding, you must be the weight you were before you got pregnant, and finally you must also be healthy and a non-smoker.
