Louisiana State Police arrested a man from Napoleonville for fraud.
Troopers say Lawrence Dominique allegedly forged documents when businesses would store a vehicle and used fake names of people doing repair work that was never done.
He would then get permits to allegedly sell the vehicles.
Dominique faces 90 counts of filing or maintaining false public records.
He could receive up to five years of jail for each count.
