Napoleonville- A man refusing to comply with an eviction notice by spraying a State Trooper and Constable with a chemical agent, is now behind bars.

After spraying the victims, Jason Oncale refused to exit the home or surrender himself.

After about an hour, Oncale exited the home peacefully and was arrested.

Oncale is booked into the Ascension Parish Jail on multiple Aggravated Battery charges.

His bond has not yet been set.
