NAPOLEONVILLE - Sheriff's deputies in Ascension Parish arrested a man after some students reported he had flashed them while they waited for the morning school bus.

Sheriff Mike Waguespack said on April 13 deputies arrested Wesley Kennedy, 67, of Napoleonville in suspicion of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Waguespack said a group of juvenile students reported the incident on April 10. They said they were waiting for the bus when Kennedy came out on his porch and pulled down his pants, exposing himself to a group of female students. They said after that he went back into his home, but came back out wearing a shirt and no pants.

Witnesses said a male student shouted at Kennedy, and he went back inside his residence.

Deputies got a warrant to arrest Kennedy April 13, and booked him into the parish jail on three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. He was given a $30,000 bond.
