There's a showdown brewing between the Naked Cowboy and Naked Cowgirl in New York City. The cowboy is trying to protect his trademark from the cowgirl. Robert Burck says Sandy Kane is damaging his brand that he's worked years to perfect as he strums his guitar in Times Square wearing only briefs and a cowboy hat. He says it earns him about a $1,000 a day. Kane wears a bikini, cowboy hat and a guitar too. He filed a lawsuit in federal court to keep Kane from doing anything that would violate the trademark.
