Mystery solved surrounding bone discovery
HENDERSON - A mystery about some bones found in St. Martin Parish on July 4th has somewhat been solved.
Experts at the LSU FACES Lab determined they were from a nearby cemetery and are not connected to a crime. However, there is still some mystery about how the bones were displaced from their final resting place.
The bones were from a man and woman, sheriff's deputies said. They were likely more than ten years old.
