Murder-suicide victims both filed restraining orders
BATON ROUGE - Both victims in a murder-suicide this morning in Baton Rouge sought restraining orders aginst the other, according to court records.
Investigators said Rouche Coleman, 38, broke into the home of his estranged wife, 35-year-old Kesia Coleman, early this morning. Deputies said Rouche shot and killed Kesia, then shot and wounded her son before turning the gun on himself.
The two had been involved in a custody dispute.
According to court documents, Kesia alleged in her restraining order Rouche slashed her tires, cut her brake lines and once pointed a gun to her head.
