Mother, sister of accused killer arrested
BATON ROUGE- Detectives have arrested two individuals in connection with the shooting death of Patrick Williams in Baton Rouge last week.
Colodiuse Bowie and Jameeka Bowie, the mother and sister of the accused shooter Devon Bowie, have both been charged with obstruction of justice.
Devon Bowie is accused of shooting and killing Williams February 20 on St. Joseph Street, after the two got into an argument.
Police say Colodiuse and Jameeka Bowie were arrested for lying about not being inside the home at the time of the shooting.
They were both booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
Devon Bowie has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder for his role in the shooting.
