LAS VEGAS, NEVADA- A judge says he's concerned about the mental state of a woman accused of attempted murder by throwing her kids out of a window and jumping after them.
Luz Robledo Ibarra was in court in a wheelchair after suffering a broken pelvis and other injuries when she jumped.
The judge gave her lawyers time to review her medical records before Ibarra's preliminary hearing in August.
Her lawyer says he intends to file a motion to get her released from jail.
Benson Lee says she may have suffered postpartum depression when she allegedly threw her 11/2 year old daughter and 7-month son out of a window.
