It is another comfortable start to the day with mostly clear skies and temperatures ranging from the upper 50s to lower 60s.
We will have more great weather this afternoon as the area of high pressure remains over the Southeast U.S. You can expect to see mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies around the Baton Rouge area. There is a slight chance of a shower along the Coastal Parishes thanks to a weak trough sitting over the Western Gulf of Mexico. We will be a little warmer today with high temperatures in the mid 80s.
More pleasant weather is on tap tonight with mostly clear skies, but it will not be as cool. Low temperatures will be in the mid 60s.
