We begin this Tuesday Morning with mostly cloudy skies in the wake of a cold front that is now southeast of Baton Rouge. It is cooler with temperatures in the 50s.
The skies will become mostly sunny this afternoon as an area of high pressure builds into the Southeast U.S. behind the cold front. Winds will be out of the northeast and they will help to make it less humid. High temperatures will still be warm as they climb into the mid 70s.
It will turn colder tonight with mostly clear skies. Low temperatures will be in the upper 40s. This would be the return of jacket weather.
