More weekend lane closures on I-10 to fix storm damages
BATON ROUGE- State road crews will continue to fix damages on the interstate system caused by last month's winter weather. It means there will be weekend lane closures on I-10.
There will be alternating lane closures through the downtown and Perkins Road area.
The work is scheduled for Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Both side of I-10 from the westbound approach of the Mississippi River Bridge to the eastside of the bridge over LSU Lakes will be affected by lane closures.
Crews will be replacing damaged pavement markers.
Work began last weekend.
