More delays for LSU baseball, still lead NW St 11-0
BATON ROUGE - Tarp on, tarp off. Tarp on, then tarp off - it's a reoccuring scene at Alex Box Stadium the past week for LSU baseball.
The Tigers couldn't even finish their series with Alabama this past weekend, splitting the series 1-1.
However, after a one-hour delay Tuesday evening, LSU took out its weather frustrations with a seven-run first inning, capped by a Tyler Moore grand slam.
Moore accumulated three more RBI with a bases-clearing double in the second inning as well.
The Tigers are currently in a lightning delay, as of 8:30pm.
