Water wasn't the only thing being produced at a city treatment plant in Massachusetts. A water department employee in Groton set up a still and was producing moonshine. The Town Manager says the distilling apparatus was discovered this month and the man operating the still was placed on administrative leave. He has since retired and city leaders won't identify him. The distillery was confiscated by police. A Groton City Selectman says the still was simply someone's "hobby" and there is no evidence the worker was drinking on the job.
