Mom accused of trading daughter for heroin
CINCINNATI, OHIO- A mother is charged with trading her eleven-year-old daughter multiple times for heroin.
Prosecutors say the dealer sexually assaulted the girl and videotaped some of the instances. Shandell Willingham is accused of violating the girl several times over a four-month period.
The girl's mom, April Corcoran is also accused of giving her daughter heroin. She's accused of endangering a child and trafficking in humans.
Both face life sentences if they're convicted.
Authorities learned of the crimes when the girl confided in her father and stepmother. She lives with them now.
