A woman in Arizona is accused of taping her son's mouth shut with tape and binding his wrists together. The Yavapai County sheriff's office says a deputy saw Samantha Lyons wrap clear plastic tape around the 7-year-old's head and over his mouth while he was crying in a SUV parked in front of a store. Lyons is charged with child abuse and was released on bond. The sheriff's office notified Child Protective Services to follow-up on the allegation.
