Missing LSU basketball shoes found in arrested teen's home
BATON ROUGE - LSU Police say they found two pairs of missing LSU basketball shoes in the home of a teenager just a day after he was arrested for trespassing into Tiger Stadium.
Authorities say 17-year-old Rodney Ki'Yon Hamilton admitted to having the shoes in his home shortly after he was arrested for being in the locker room at Tiger Stadium with drugs on Thursday.
LSUPD says the shoes were reported missing from the basketball locker room at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Jabuary 16. Also reported missing was an iPad, but Hamilton claims he only had the shoes.
Hamilton was booked into jail on a list of charges, including for burglary and drug possession.
