Missing children out of West Baton Rouge Parish found, safe

PORT ALLEN - The search for two missing children out of West Baton Rouge Parish has been canceled on early Thursday morning.

State police issued a Level II Endangered/Missing Child alert for two children and their mom out of Port Allen around 1:30 a.m.

Jocelynn Mullen, 16 months old, and her sister Dixie Mullen, 6 weeks old, have been located safely after 3:30 a.m. The mother, Victoria Mullen, is also believed to be safe.

According to police, they were believed to be with 30-year-old Brandon Williams and another male.
