Missing 2-year-old from Hornbeck found dead
VERNON PARISH- The body of a missing two-year-old girl from Hornbeck has been found Friday afternoon.
Earlier Friday morning, Louisiana State Police issued a Missing Child Advisory/Level II Endangered for 2-year-old Willow Rain Renteria-Molina.
Her body was found in Beauregard Parish around 5 p.m. in a heavily wooded area by a deputy, according to Beauregard Sheriff Ricky Moses.
According to Moses, the deputy received a tip to look in the area. The area has houses that are several hundred yards apart.
According to the sheriff, it is not apparent how the girl died.
She had been missing from her home on JD Williams Road in Hornbeck.
