BATON ROUGE- Louisiana will get nearly $10 million in grants for transportation projects.
Almost half will be spent in the Capital region.
$2.7 million will go toward upgrading and fixing ferry vessels and terminals, one project in Iberville Parish.
$1.4 million will be used to design and build the North Boulevard Promenade. The money will also provide a pedestrian and bicycle corridor along the Baton Rouge Greenway.
Also, $930,535 to repave Louisiana Route 10 between Louisiana Route 43 to Louisiana Route 441 in Greensburg, La.
