Kentucky continues its push for an unbeaten season and national championship tonight with a Midwest Regional semifinal in Cleveland against West Virginia. In the Mountaineers of coach Bob Huggins, the Wildcats are facing a team that thinks defense first and presses all the time. And for what it's worth, Huggins is 8-2 lifetime against teams coached by his good friend John Calipari, the coach of the Wildcats.

In the other game in Cleveland this evening, Notre Dame goes against Wichita State. The winners will advance to the regional final on Saturday with the winner of that game going to Indianapolis for the Final Four.

In Los Angeles this evening, the West Regional games feature top-seed Wisconsin facing North Carolina and Arizona matching up with Xavier. Once again, the winners will advance to Saturday's regional championship game with the winner of that moving on to Indy.

The East and South regional semifinals are tomorrow night in Syracuse and Houston.
