NEW YORK - Zach Mettenberger will spend the beginning of his NFL career as a Tennessee Titan, after being drafted early in the 6th round. The quarterback was picked 224th overall. Mettenberger was the 7th Tiger taken in this year's draft.

Lamin Barrow started off day 3 of the draft for the Tigers. The outside linebacker went in the 5th round, 156th overall, to the Denver Broncos.

Also selected on day 3, Alfred Blue, RB, was picked by the Houston Texans 223rd overall in the 6th round.

James Wright, WR, was the first Tiger picked in the 7th round, going 239th overall.

They join Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Ego Ferguson, DT, Jeremy Hill, RB, Jarvis Landry, WR, and Trai Turner, OG who were all selected in the first two days of the draft.

The draft concludes today with rounds 4 through 7. Tigers still undrafted are Craig Loston, SS, Anthony Johnson, DT, and J.C. Copeland, FB.

Others drafted from Louisiana include Justin Ellis, DT, from Louisiana Tech. Ellis was picked 107th overall in the 4th round by the Oakland Raiders. Ryan Grant, WR, from Tulane was picked 142nd overall in round 5 by the Washington Redskins. IK Enemkpali, DE, from Louisiana Tech went 261 overall in the 6th round to the Jets.
