Meeting to address disrupted graves from flood

ASCENSION PARISH – The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office of Homeland Security is holding a public meeting for family members of those whose graves were disrupted as a result of the August flood.

FEMA re-interment specialists will register families at the meeting for reburial costs and give them detailed re-interment plans.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at the Parish Government Complex located at 615 E. Worthey Street.
