BATON ROUGE -The city of Baton Rouge has officially gone green.

Mayor Kip Holden launched the ConserveBR energy efficiency outreach program Wednesday.

The grant-funded program encourages both city-parish employees and area residents to become more energy-efficient by making small changes to conserve energy usage.
