East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Kip Holden boarded a boat to tour the oil spill this morning, along with mayors from the other Gulf states. They boarded in the Lafitte area this morning after a briefing with BP and Coast Guard officials.

Later, they will head to New Orleans for a press conference.
