Hammond Police say 29-year-old David Sibley shot and killed his wife Joyce before killing himself on Thursday. It happened on West Dakota St. near the Southeastern Louisiana University campus.
Sources tell News 2 David Sibley worked for the St. George Fire Department. Joyce Sibley, 27, worked for Tangipahoa Animal Control.
Witnesses say David was doing lawn maintenance work at a home when his wife arrived. His body was found on the street near his truck and trailer. Her body was found in her animal control truck.
