The Bluffs Country Club clubhouse, which closed last summer and has since been repossessed by a bank, will be placed on the auction block March 5.
Sperry Van Ness/Gilmore Auction will conduct the sale of the clubhouse, which sits on 4.7 acres.
The 19,786-square-foot clubhouse has two floors and includes a restaurant, dining room, pro shop, locker rooms, a lounge and snack bar.
First American Bank and Trust won a judgment in April that gave the bank control of the clubhouse, among other things.
The previous owner, Bluffs Management, was unsuccessful in efforts to sell the clubhouse, which had a listing price of nearly $5 million.
The Bluffs Country Club was designed by Arnold Palmer and opened in 1988.
