MONROE - A change of plea hearing is scheduled Tuesday for a man charged in Louisiana with trying use a fraudulent Social Security number to obtain a drivers license and identification documents.

William Lyman Agnew is scheduled to charge his plea to guilty in U.S. District Court in Monroe.

He was indicted on six counts in March. The alleged crimes occurred from April 2011 to February 2012. Seven more charges, including making false statements to federal authorities and aggravated identity theft, were added later.

Court records say Agnew used the aliases Scott Matthew Boardman, Madison Shane Lilly and Scott Shane Collier.
