Man shot to death following family argument
BATON ROUGE - Police are looking for a man they say killed his brother-in-law late Sunday night.
Baton Rouge police say the victim, 40-year-old James Stockton was shot and killed outside his apartment in the 2100 block of N. Lobdell.
Investigators say the victim and his brother-in-law, who has not been named, got into a verbal argument at a family party.
Stockton had asked the suspect to leave the apartment. Police say the two men lived together.
