BURNSIDE, La. - A 52-year-old man was killed in an industrial accident Sunday morning at Burnside Terminal, according to Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office Lt. Col. Bobby Webre.

Webre says a worker was killed after getting caught in a conveyer belt at Burnside Terminal. He has been identified as 52-year-old Nolan Cormier of Plaucheville, La.

The investigation is on-going and more information will become available later, according to Webre.
