Man indicted for murder in synthetic drug death
AMITE - A grand jury indicted a Hammond man after someone he knew died from synthetic drugs.
Cody Watts faces jail time if he is convicted of the second degree murder charge. Prosecutors said he gave Meghan Lopez, 21, a synthetic form of LSD, which eventually killed her.
Deputies arrested Watts on November 18.
