Man in custody after lengthy chase
BATON ROUGE - Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in a chase on and off of I-110 in Baton Rouge Thursday evening.
It ended at Adams and Pocahontas with the suspect being surrounded and taken into custody.
The suspect has been using surface streets and the interstate to evade authorities and spike strips dropped by chase vehicles.
Details about why officers tried to stop the car in the beginning have not been released.
