LIVINGSTON- A man will serve ten years in prison after pleading guilty to a drunk driving accident where a man was killed last year.

Manuel Garcia was sentenced on vehicular homicide charges Wednesday.

Garcia was nearly three times the legal limit when he tried to pass a husband and wife in another vehicle. He ended up hitting their car, causing a crash.

Dean Albare was killed. His wife survived. She was pregnant at the time of the crash.
