A man in Houston faces misdemeanor drug charges after he was found alseep in a closet with a corpse inside a vacant house. Twenty-one year old Cody Jean Plant was found in the house by constables who were alerted by a neighbor that he heard voices in the house. There were signs of foreced entry. Authorities say both men appeared to have been taking drugs and they didn't identify the man who died. Plant faces three drug charges and is held on $15,000 bail.
