Man dies after eating drugs during search
BATON ROUGE- A man died after eating drugs the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
Deputies said Baton Rouge Police were executing a search warrant on Flag Street when the man is believed to have ingested crack cocaine.
Police called deputies to handle the death investigation after the man became distressed and died at a hospital. The man was identified as Dontrunner Robinson, 32.
Foul play is not suspected and autopsy results are pending.
