Man dead after shooting involving police officers in Houma
HOUMA - State police say a man has been killed in Houma in a shooting involving officers from three law enforcement agencies.
Evan Harrell, a Louisiana State Police spokesman, said LSP, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office and Houma Police Department were involved in Monday's shooting.
The shooting happened on Woodlawn Ranch Road near Highway 56, south of Houma according to the sheriff's office. The man has not been identified.
Sheriff Jerry Larpenter's office says no officers were injured.
