Man charged with burning boy
SAXONBURG, PENNSYLVANIA- A man faces charges for dousing a seven-year-old boy with a flammable liquid and doing nothing when the boy's shirt caught on fire. Edward Myers is accused of using his cell phone to film the attack on his girlfriend's son. The boy had third-degree burns on his face and chest. He also had welts on his forehead from allegedly being shot with pellets from an air gun. Myers is in jail, unable to make his $250,000 bond. His son also faces juvenile charges.
