Man caught after fleeing traffic stop
WALKER - Deputies and local police spent a few hours Wednesday night looking for a suspect who ran during a traffic stop.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office identified the man as Leonard Morgan. They believe Morgan violated his probation and took off running instead of being arrested.
Just after sundown, authorities established a perimeter around the intersection of North Corbin and Carroll Avenue. The area was where Morgan ran off and into some woods, just north of the Highway 190/North Corbin intersection.
Morgan was apprehended around 10 p.m.
